Service Dept. people very friendly. Took almost 2 hours to put 1 tire on for which I had a 7 a.m. appointment. I hunted down service rep to check on status about 1 people very friendly. Took almost 2 hours to put 1 tire on for which I had a 7 a.m. appointment. I hunted down service rep to check on status about 1.5 hours in. I got 4-5 text messages and maybe 2-3 emails reminding me of my upcoming appointment. Day after (I even reached out to Owner Loyalty Manager regarding the 2 hours-never heard back) I get emails and texts saying I missed my appointment and to call to reschedule. More

Ty was great to work with. He was upfront with his experience if needed he would ask his peers rather than guess and we appreciated that!
