We had a good experience with our sales person. We thought the management was respectful and willing to work with us. The finance department was also informative and kind. We did feel a bit apprehe We thought the management was respectful and willing to work with us. The finance department was also informative and kind. We did feel a bit apprehensive at first with the price hike and weren't thrilled that there is an additional upcharge for the protection services on the vehicles. We appreciate having the protection but if it is automatic it seems like it's a perk that we are paying for whether or not we would have requested it. Just some thoughts. We are so far very happy with our vehicle and had a good experience overall. More
