When I questioned why this was pushed several hours from what I was originally told, the response was "we like to under promise and over deliver." Was never offered a shuttle or complimentary loaner car for the day. Due to the significant variability of potential in pick-up time, and that I am 45 minutes from the location, I asked multiple times for a 1-hour heads up phone call when getting close to pick-up time which I did not receive. When I did pick-up, the head light controls had been switched to off from auto without my knowledge (work was being done on the rear suspension), so didn't think to check and was driving around without headlights on which was a significant hazard. More

AWESOME It was the 23rd of December, everyone was not only friendly, but helpful. They told us the service would be 1.5 hours and it was under an hour! There were no numerous trips to the manager's backroom office to secure an agreeable price. Above all he was well versed in a 2020 Altima, explaining features and how it was different from my 2014 Altima trade-in. I have since learned that my hooking up with him thru the "chat" on internet page was completely by luck. I had some good luck. My only gripe was that all the time and info I shared and documented with the chat person was not forwarded to him prior to my first visit. We started over with my interests after meeting him. I quickly got past, and he remedied my dislike for a white car which he had presented to me for a test ride...…….. And thank you for the test ride gift. More
