Diagnosis Overpriced, guessing at what MAY be wrong. Nothing pinpointed. Still no answers, but want 6 grand worth of "suggested" repairs. I thought by bringing my nissan to a Nissan dealer, I would have technicians that knew niasans. Not just another rob you kinda dealer whip tries to get you to fix more stuff than what is needed at the moment. And they wonder why people hate dealing with the dealerships... For example, they wanted 220 bucks to replace a 30 dollar drive belt, that I can buy at auto zone and change in the parking lot. Or... 2000 for an exhaust system that isnt even making noise, because it has some "home repairs" done to it, and some rust. One, we live in Wisconsin, and two I welded it a bit a couple years back. Doesn't make a sound. But give them 2000 to replace it. No thank you. Would not recommend. More

We finally decide to visit multiple dealerships on an off day, find our car and make phone calls the next business day , Boucher was the first dealership we called, we had the pleasure of dealing with Danny Harris, we set up a test drive of our chosen vehicle for later that evening. We test drove our vehicle at 8 p.m. by 8:30 we had an accepted offer, by 8;45 we filled out our paperwork and were set to pick up it u 3 days later. This dealership was awesome. More

I knew when I began my search that I really liked the Nissan Juke. Kip was able to get a great used vehicle into the dealership for me that fit my needs perfectly. My experience during the test drive really put my mind at ease. Sure we discussed the bells and whistles on the car, but we also got into the nitty gritty of driving this vehicle in 6" of Wisconsin snow and making sure I had enough cargo space for all of my sports gear. The purchasing process was quick and informational. Kip was very knowledgeable about what the next few years would look like for me in terms of maintenance and helped me select a realistic warranty plan. I've returned to the dealership for all of my oil changes and maintenances needs since purchasing the car. Each time I'm at the dealership Kip always stops by and checks in with me and my Juke.
