What a delight to go to Boucher and work with someone who put their effort into highlighting their product, understood I was just starting to look around and compare similar vehicles/different makers. Dishonest and shaddy business. If I could do it over, I would go anywhere to buy a Nissan, then Gordie Bouche in Greenfield. From stepping into the door, to telling them issues aft If I could do it over, I would go anywhere to buy a Nissan, then Gordie Bouche in Greenfield. From stepping into the door, to telling them issues after the sale, nothing but hassle and lies. (1) I was told a price for my trade, prior to arriving at the dealer. The salesman, Fred, already had my VIN, had the full vehicle info, and when I arrived and received their actual offer for my car, it was $2,000 less than what was originally quoted, and it was brought to my attention that they noticed an issue with their ability to resell the vehicle because the mileage would need to be listed in kilometers, and would have to go to auction immediately. That fact is something they were aware of before I even got there, and it made me feel stupid because it felt like they were just telling me anything to get me into the door to make a sale. (2) After test driving the truck I was interested in, I was made aware that the truck payments were going to be about $300.00 more a month than Fred told me he could get me. He made up a story on how financing would only do this instead of that, but he had told me via email, prior to arriving at the dealership, that the numbers were really close, when they were almost double what I wanted. (3) After advising that the truck I was interested in was out of reach, Fred brought the low end version, which really isn't close to the truck I was looking at, to my attention, and made it seem as if it was this one, or the one for $300.00 more a month. Well, not feeling I had a choice, because I needed a reliable vehicle, I chose the low end model, put the extended warranty on it, and went home. (4) I got home, went online, and low and behold, there was another version of the truck I was interested in, which is better than the one that was pushed onto me, for less money. Why wasn't I shown this vehicle? I had no idea it was there, Fred never mentioned it. It's as if they pushed the low end model out the door, to make as much money as possible. I contacted the dealer, told them my issues, and my frustration, and the best answer that can be given to me is, let's work something out. Everything I suggest the only real way to work it out, the General manager, Michael, tells me, we can't do that, or doesn't respond. What he has done though, is apologize for my negative experience, but does nothing about. Nissan is a great company, but this dealership is hands down the worst, and blatantly taking as much money from people as possible. They really don't care about people, just filling their pocketbook. Drove home in my dream car! I had a great experience at Boucher Nissan. Danny Harris was my sales rep. He listened very well to what I said and was very pleasant to talk to. Danny was knowledgeable about the different vehicles on the lot. So when I mentioned the car I was interested in he went and brought it up front for me to take a look. Danny assured me they would be able to figure out a payment that worked for me to get me home in the car I wanted. The Office Manager made sure I was in and out quickly signing my paperwork. Everyone was pleasant and friendly even if they weren't the people helping me. Great experience and I love my new 2013 Nissan Cube!! This is my second time shopping at a Boucher dealer and believe me I wouldn't return if I was not satisfied. Alanna More

Bought a brand new car with issues Chris Hasson knew about I bought a brand new 2016 maxima with every upgrade possible. When the car was delivered there were paint issues. Now almost a year latter the recurri I bought a brand new 2016 maxima with every upgrade possible. When the car was delivered there were paint issues. Now almost a year latter the recurring paint issues are coming back for a third time. I just find out that all he had done is have the car waxed and covered them and now he says I'm on my own. The car is not quite one year old and the paint issues are clear as day. This is horrible service and should be a crime.Over the past 11 months I have had a loaner car for nearly one month, just for hit to wax/buff out the spots that keep resurfacing. I will be getting a lawyer if this in not resolved soon. I have many emails and pictures from several people on his staff, but all he does is come up with excuses and lies. This deeply saddens me. I have had Nissan my entire life and he is about to put a stop to this. Not only for me but also my household. More
