They installed what needed to be installed, but they did not address my questions and concerns. After arriving home, I noticed a strong smell of burning plastic, in inquiring with the service department, th not address my questions and concerns. After arriving home, I noticed a strong smell of burning plastic, in inquiring with the service department, they declined and said it was not their doing, even though according to research, it showed that the work they did, directly impacted what we were experiencing. They offered a call back, but it was close to closing and when I asked to speak to a manager instead they put me on hold then the call disconnected. I am not 100% positive that the strong smell of burning plastic is related to the work performed. After further research it appears that the fact that the car is brand new with less than 500 miles could be the cause. That being said, the lack of care and customer service was astonishing. If the work performed ends up being the cause, we'll see what needs to be done then. Thank you. More
