We made an appointment and it took over two hours for our oil change and was never informed it would take this long. No ac in my brand new car. Was told bring it back when the part comes in I was not offered a loaner so I have to drive my kids around on 90+ degrees outside sweating through our clothes till the part come the part comes in I was not offered a loaner so I have to drive my kids around on 90+ degrees outside sweating through our clothes till the part comes in. No ac is not the end of the world but if this is how I'm treated with this repair I hope nothing major happens. But don't worry I was told this is covered under warranty...I thought I sure hope so the car has 3k miles in it... smh More
