Waiting for Nothing My tire pressure light had turned on that morning. I had been to the service center 1.5 weeks before for the same problem. I was told then that they c My tire pressure light had turned on that morning. I had been to the service center 1.5 weeks before for the same problem. I was told then that they could find nothing wrong. My car was taken in pretty quickly. While sitting in the waiting room, I could actually see the technicians examining my car. About a half hour later I saw them take my car out. Up to this point no one had come to tell me the progress of the service. After close to another half an hour of waiting, knowing my car was not being looked at, I went out to the service desk and inquired about what was happening. The gentleman who took care of me said he was just waiting. I told him I had seen my car taken out a long time ago and was wondering what was going on. He said he was waiting for information about two sensors that needed to be replaced. I was agitated that this info was never shared with me. The cost of the two sensors was over $400! They found nothing wrong with the tires nor the rims. The service guy seemed bothered by me and my situation. He didn't explain my options until I questioned him about my options for fixing this. Since the cost was ridiculous for the sensors, I decided to leave. He never thanked me for bringing my car in for service. I usually have good service here but this experience left me with a decision of whether or not to come back here. More

Great , but after the tire rotation, where I was told everything looked excellent I had a flat on the way home that evening and spent 3hrs on the side of H , but after the tire rotation, where I was told everything looked excellent I had a flat on the way home that evening and spent 3hrs on the side of Hwy 16. I had the tire changed to the small spare, but an over heating warning light went on and I now need a new tire. I was promised to be out in an hour but it took 2hr. I was given a 10% discount. More
