Cannot recommend Dropped off my Sentra for repairs. Didn't get my car back until nearly two weeks later. Communication was rather poor, and repairs took forever. Service advisor only called me once throughout the whole ordeal. I had to do the rest of the calling otherwise they probably would have forgotten about me. You'd think they would have parts brought in from other dealerships to expedite the process instead of having to wait half a week for parts that are being shipped from God knows where. For what I paid for my repairs on a used vehicle I could have just put a down payment on a new vehicle. My father also has had bad experiences with this dealership also. I will NOT be returning here. More

I have had top-notch service each and every time, and everything is explained in detail at completion of service (plus the car gets a bath every time after they complete the servicing!!)
