Poor Service Department I had my front brakes replaced. Within days there was a louder squeak then ever. I came back ab.cweek later and was told it is the rear brakes. Oil Change Everything went pretty well, although they must have gotten back-upped with the numbers of vehicles coming through. I made a reservation for 4:30 pm for oil change and tire rotation, and was done at about 5:45 pm. I just thought I would have been in/out in 45 minutes, but not a deal breaker as they still completed all the work. Sometimes without a reservation I have been out in 30-40 minutes. More

Regarding the diagnostics and the work itself, both the price estimate and the initial diagnostic based on the problem described were accurate which reflects the experience of the staff. More
