I reached out over 6 months ago for a list of repairs. The dealership had my vehicle for 3 weeks and didn't get everything right and resolved. Nathan refused to speak with me and Eddie and Bradley have no business working in this industry. Unprofessional and unwilling to do the right thing. The company excuses include short staff, but I can see why no one wants to work at Gordon with the incompetence at the top with Nathan, Bradley, and Eddie. Everyone feels like they are insulted from accountability. Shame on everyone there More
