I will not go back unless it is for a recall. I find that they lie to me each time I go there. This time, I was there and handed over my keys before my 9:30 appt but my car was not logged into I find that they lie to me each time I go there. This time, I was there and handed over my keys before my 9:30 appt but my car was not logged into the system until 9:54, which meant no one started on it for at least a half hour. After 2 hours I went to check on the progress, was told it would only take an hour when I made the appt, and my paperwork was sitting on the counter supposedly finished. I was told it was going through the car wash and was on the way up. When it got there it was not washed and the interior was hot like it had been sitting outside in the sun. It was a very mild day. Not even sure they did the recall work, only thing I know they did was lower all my tire pressures to below 30, I keep them at 35, so low tire pressure warning came on, on the 1st cold morning because they were all down to 27psi. Will not be going back. More
