My wife & I took our 2006 Malibu Maxx SS in to inquire about some warranty paint work. We had been toying with the idea of buying a new used car, wondering if we could use the Maxx & our 2002 Imp inquire about some warranty paint work. We had been toying with the idea of buying a new used car, wondering if we could use the Maxx & our 2002 Impala as trade ins. Steve readily offered to get us an appraisal on both vehicles. We were both impressed immediately with his professional & friendly manor, and felt at ease. While he was getting that done , we took a test ride in a used Impala & were pleased with the comfort, quietness, and cleanliness of the car. After getting back & talking with Steve, we were also pleased with the first appraisals but were thinking maybe he could do a little better. We also were hoping for a little better on the price, so Steve went to work for us. In the end we ended up trading in both cars, bought the Impala, and walked out feeling that we absolutely got a fair deal. I will recommend Steve to any of my friends who might be looking for a used car. As this was our third purchase from Gordon Chevy, we would also recommend the entire dealership as well.
