Sold me a 75k dollar car promised me the world and then wanted me to tow my car to them when it wouldn't start refused to give me a loaner. So if you want a Tahoe that doesn't start every other day because we are not driving it "long distances" then I would go somewhere else. The service manager was upset with me for asking questions , but perhaps he could take a second to understand I am upset my 75k dollar Tahoe I purchased 5 months ago doesn't start and I am being told tough luck go rent a car and this is going to continue! If you sort the 1 stars you will find this to be a trend with this place! Heather in sales is awesome however give her a raise! More
I bought a 2019 Trax and with less than 35,000 mile on it, the AC compressor started to breakdown. The service mgr basically said tough luck and refused to do anything about it. Wouldn't even offer me the local GM office number to complain. Spoke with GM and they had the same attitude and suggested i try Gordon again, I called and talked with the Service mgr and explained my situation and the fact that i am a very loyal customer who bought 2 cars from them, 3 months apart and have brought them in for service, Meant nothing to him. The best he would offer was a small discount. Still would cost me over $1000 to fix the problem. What a bunch of crap. Loyalty means nothing to this dealership. They have the power to absorb this cost and/or take it up with GM directly; they chose not to. Clearly this part was defective and should have not have happened to a car with less than 35,000 miles. Don't bother with this dealership, they cant be trusted. More
The dealership is good. But, the last couple times using the service department I feel like they haven't taken care of me very well.
