Best Car Buying Experience I have had in 20 years I had my first experience buying a car through Gosch Ford today. The whole process was completely smooth. At no time did I feel like they were trying I had my first experience buying a car through Gosch Ford today. The whole process was completely smooth. At no time did I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. I got an outstanding deal on a 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium. They even through in extra perks during my car buying experience which I didn't even ask for. This was by far the best car buying experience I have had to date, and I have gone through 8 different buying experiences. I recommend asking for Evan, one of the sales guys. He was extremely professional and easy to deal with. Just a cool guy and down to earth all around. I will be doing business with Gosch Ford in Temecula proudly for the foreseeable future. More

Lied to and Left Stranded This Dealer did me wrong. On January 22, 2016 I went in to have my oil changed on my 2006 Ford Explorer. While waiting in the Lobby for my vehicle a s This Dealer did me wrong. On January 22, 2016 I went in to have my oil changed on my 2006 Ford Explorer. While waiting in the Lobby for my vehicle a salesman came up to me and asked me if I wanted a new car. In the past few months on both of our vehicles we had put more than $7000 in repairs and I was tired of them breaking down and continuously costing us. Not only did I dream about it getting a new vehicle, but I had asked God to bless me with a brand new vehicle. So when the salesmen asked me I explained to him my credit situation and he told me he had just filed bankruptcy and he was able to get a new car. Wow my dream is coming true. After three weeks, I started getting denial letters in the mail, so I called him to complain about him running my credit without my permission 15 times and that as a result, my credit score is even lower now. He informed me that he had gotten me approved and the approval was only going to be good for two more days. After confirming the phone number he had been calling it was established that he was calling the wrong number. On 2/19/2106 I left the Gosch Ford Temecula with a brand new 2016 Ford Flex my dream car 11miles. Gave a $5000 check for the down payment and while signing the contract asked both the salesmen and the Finance Manager can this contract be rescinded and both replied, " no you have been approved." The salesmen went as far as saying the only thing you have to worry about is the $5000 check. On 2/26/2016 the salesmen called to ask me how I liked my new car and I was thanking him with a smile from ear to ear until I hung up the phone and opened my mail and there was the certified letter of "Rescission Rights" Sad part about it all, I had just returned my 2009 Dodge I was driving to the Finance Company and I was force to rent a car for several days until my husband could return from Maine and give me the keys to our other badly working car that was parked at his job 50miles away. My five children and I were stranded for several days with no way to get them to school or appointments. The salesmen assured me that he would shred the check, but he obviously forgot because they cashed my $5000 check and had to hand deliver a replacement check to me, that I had to drive to Hemet to Cash (over 30 miles). I was told that my pay-stubs did not look real. Well they did not bother to call my place of employment, ask for 1099's or any further questions just took the car back and cashed my check. I contacted higher authority but they were non sympathetic I am still trying to reach the owner. Please tell who puts $5000 down on a car if they don't intend on paying for it??????? I don't know about you, but I don't have $5000 to waste. More

We was very relaxed and gave us all the information we needed while we went off to lunch to discuss it. In the mean time, he knew we were interested in a particular color that they didn't have on the lot. He did his due diligence behind the scenes and actually arranged for the vehicle we wanted to be delivered on a trade from another lot. By the time we came back, the vehicle was pulling up.
