I purchased a brand new vehicle Ford F350 2018 from this company... I've been having issues with my tailgate opening while i am driving,it also happens when the vehicle is just sitting. It doesn't happen all the time but it happens. Also I have had problems with the remote unlocking the door.... there was a recall on this issue they ordered parts for me however they did not change it because I guess I was not in a cold area from what I understand, so they never replaced the part . The GPS is a nightmare, it has a mind of it's Own. I was told by one of the female employees that I need to contact Ford Company and start a inquiry, me the customer needed to find out why my GPS is having problems. How idiotic to make the customer do the work of the employees. All the issues I'm having with this vehicle I wished I could return it.
