"Excellent Customer Service"

After a 14 year relationship with Lake Elsinore Ford and 4 New cars/trucks I am starting a new relationship with Temecula Gosch Ford! Service Technician Rachelle Long and Service Manager Tom Fuller treated me so great! I was updated daily and called after services were provided to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you for restoring my car and making me happy to drive it again!

Rachell Long has been my service writer since I started using Gosh Ford. She is amazingly knowledgeable about my Explorer and about service operations. She works extremely hard to provide information I request. Her estimates are always accurate and she has never tried to oversell. She ALWAYS returns calls in a timely fashion But the thing I appreciate anout her the most is her ATTIDUDE! She is always upbeat, she always has a smile on her face and she is always pleasant and respectfull no matter how busy she is. If Rachelle ever goes to another Ford dealer, I’d take my car to her for service.

"Horrible service and they're still not done with me"

Made an appointment to have my transmission looked at, was informed I would have to wait 3 weeks, while worried about my trucks performance, I was happy to have the appointment made. After dropping off my vehicle it was 3 days before the "transmission guy even looked at it. A week before they were able to tell me what was wrong with it. While upset about the time line, I did my best to be understanding because I knew these things take time to be done right. I was told it would be done by Tuesday. Tuesday I called for an update and did not recieve word back until thursday, only because i insisted on talking to the manager. Again, was not upset about the time line, was upset about the lack of communication. I was assured the truck would be ready by the following tuesday. Recieved a voicemail on friday stating my vehicle was ready, I called and left a voicemail stating that I wouldnt be able to pick it up until Saturday due to work. I recieved a second voicemail stating that was fine, my truck was ready and waiting. Saturday I sat for an hour and a half while they looked for my truck only for them to find it with the transmission still out of it. I recieved numerous apologies with again assurance my truck would be ready tuesday. I began calling Tuesday, it is now thursday again with no one returning my calls and the manager constantly "at lunch."

I made an appointment for warranty repair. Brought my car in and waited while my wife waited to take me home. After 40 minutes of people walking by, I finally got someone to see if they could find the guy that was supposed to help me. Don't waste your time.

The repair took a long time but Rancho Ford did provided us with a rental car for time it took to diagnose and fix the truck. We greatly appreciated that. The truck appears to be running fine after Rancho Ford fixed it.
