He kept me informed and never dropped the ball until my vehicle was properly repaired and returned to me. Great service I can't tell you how impressed I was with Bryan Howard in the Toyota Service Department. I had been to two tire companies and both told me I needed n I can't tell you how impressed I was with Bryan Howard in the Toyota Service Department. I had been to two tire companies and both told me I needed not only tires, but struts all around. One told me front struts were leaking, other said back struts were leaking. I have 80,000 miles on my car. One business told me struts are only expected to last 60,000 miles so I was lucky mine lasted so long. Bryan checked my struts in the driveway and had me look at each one with him and told me to remember what I saw. There was no evidence of leakage. He then took me into the office and showed me 5 pictures of struts with successive varying degrees of leakage. He felt I was at picture one. But to give the other businesses the benefit of doubt, I could possibly be at picture two. He told me Toyota doesn't recommend new struts until picture number five, and usually that doesn't happen until at least 100,000 miles. He also gave me a mini lesson on tires. Bryan was wonderful. He was friendly, understanding, supportive, knowledgeable and most importantly I felt I was delt with honestly. There many people that say dealership service departments are unscrupulous and they often tell customers they need things that they really don't need and rip them off. I found the complete opposite to be the case. It would have been very easy for Bryan to tell me I needed new struts, after all he knew two tire companies had already told me that. But, instead he told me I didn't need struts and saved me a ton of money. To add icing to the cake, while he was waiting for my tires to be delivered the power went out and that basically shut the service department down so they couldn't put my tires on until the next day. Wonder of wonders Toyota started a tire sale the next day, buy three and get the fourth for a dollar--Bryan could have charged the price from the day before, but he gave me the current days price--- yeah for me. Just another example of ethics. I was very impressed with Bryan and my whole experience at the Hemet Toyota Service Department and have already told my best friend (who has a Toyota) and two other people my story. And, most importantly I've told my best friend she needs to quit driving to Redlands for her service and switch to Hemet and to be sure and ask for Bryan. Thank you Bryan for such a great experience and for saving me so much money, and thank you Toyota for hiring such a quality, ethical employee. Sincerely Terry Carver More

Justin quickly completed the paper work necessary to get the work started and advised me that it would take about an hour. As the hour was coming to a close Justin came to the waiting room, sat down beside me, explained what they had done, detailed the condition of the brakes, tires, filters and etc., answered my questions and explained what I might expect to need to do on my next service. It was an exceptional service experience. More

This visit to Gosch Toyota Hemet was a routine 10,000 service on our 2013 Toyota Avalon. My service Advisor was Paulo Viet with whom I have worked with in the past. Paulo is a pleasure to work with, very service on our 2013 Toyota Avalon. My service Advisor was Paulo Viet with whom I have worked with in the past. I took my toyota in for the 30,000 service, the sevice person was very polite and focused on my visit. My wife and I brought our 2013 Toyota Highlander in for it's 15,000 mile service and while waiting for it decided to walk around and see what the 2014's looked like. Jeff came out and introduced himself an it's 15,000 mile service and while waiting for it decided to walk around and see what the 2014's looked like. Jeff came out and introduced himself and we told him we were looking at all the new models for 2014 while we waited for our Highlander to be serviced and we were not looking to purchase a vehicle because ours was only 10 month's old. Jeff brought reponded with "thats fine, but let me show you around while you wait" We mentioned to Jeff that we had a 2010 Toyota that we both liked and that we had traded it in for the Highlander. We told Jeff how much we missed and enjoyed the Sienna. Jeff then brought us over to where the Sienna's are located and showed us several models. One of them, the Salsa Red Pearl caught my wife's eye so Jeff began to show us all of the features that it had. After a several questions asked by my wife, oh I had a couple too, my wife decided we should buy this vehicle if the price was right and the trade in on our Highlander was good, all this and we hadn't even test drove the vehicle! After we test drove it we sat down and went over the numbers with Jeff and his manager. After we all had agreed to the sales price and trade in price the contract was signed! We drove in with a 2013 Highlander and drove out with a 2014 Sienna which we both love. I have to add this, I we have been loyal Toyota owners since 1987 and have had dealings with several dealerships in CA, HI and TX. and have had nice experience's in both the service & sales department, but never at the same time. Here at Gosch Toyota in Hemet that changed. Our dealings with BOTH the service and sales departments was above and beyond anything we have ever experienced at all of the other dealerships! Would we recommend Gosch to anyone...in a heartbeat. We look forward to returning to Gosch with our new Sienna for it' first 5,000 mile service and meeting with our new "old" friends. There were others who treated us lkie Jeff did but we don't remember thiere names because there was so many. GREAT job by a 5 star group! More
