By really late Saturday afternoon got a call from Chasity saying they no longer have that tire in stock and now I need to buy TWO tire replacements that would cost $388.00 because I have 4 discontinued tires on my 2016 CRV I need to replace my two front tires because they need to have the same treds. Frank told me it was $816 on the phone. When the tech Omar told me the price, I was shocked as he said it was $816 after discount. I felt he gave me a wrong price. I have no choice but i have to pay for it. He was so rude saying that your car was towed in without appointment. we are able to accommodate you which is already good. When I saw the invoice, it did not show the original cost and discount breakdown. I called the service manager and he told me the price on the invoice is after discount. I don,t really believe in that. I want to file a complaint about this case. Also I was never offered a free car wash even I paid so much each time I took my car to maintenance. The quality of customer service has deteriorated. More

Good Service and Good Timing!! Went in for Service and thought I was going to wait forever for a oil change, but surprisingly I was in and out in about an hour. I booked my appt through the Honda Link app so that was convenient. Staff has good service and they have the patience for it. Definitely would recommend this place! Just one word of advice when doing service, I would recommend to let the service advisors know to cover your seats with plastic bags or something so they won”t get dirty when the mechanics are working on your car. I might just have to start buying cars from this Honda dealer rather than other. More

When it was time to get maintenance done, I brought it in to the dealership. They know their vehicles best, afterall. I have yet to go elsewhere. They rock. More
