The dealership performed the work fast and efficiently. I took my truck in for a new engine. I thought it would take about a month, but it only took one week for parts yo arrive and another for installatio I took my truck in for a new engine. They overcharged for service. They will not Price match another dealership to a reasonable labor cost. Their management is the rudest and most unprofessional I've ever dealt with. I was berated in front of 20 sales employees by their boss . And the odd thing is I never asked to talk to him . He took it upon himself to tell me that he didn't need me as a customer . Feel free and ask any of the people standing there on Saturday morning how he acted . And what he said to me . I bought my 2008 truck there and have had my service done there ever since . There was no understanding of what customer loyalty even is . They act like they are doing you a favor for providing a service that you're paying for. One of the best transactions at a dealership. I did not feel pressured in anyway. I got to try out 3 different model cars and liked them all.
