They are not professional at service department when I called they said they would have the truck ready that day and they did not. They also kept hanging up on my phone calls. I talked to Carlos the manag called they said they would have the truck ready that day and they did not. They also kept hanging up on my phone calls. Bad customer service . No communication with me about my vehicle. Never got a call from the person in charge of my vehicle to let me know what was wrong with it. I had to call and even then I didn’t get any information. My vehicle sit in your parking lot for a bet at least 2 weeks. Never told me how busy they were or how long it would take for it get service.
