After having a terrible experience at a different dealership and losing our momentum on buying a new truck, we came to Graff Chevrolet and we were greeted by Stephanie who instantly lifted our spirit dealership and losing our momentum on buying a new truck, we came to Graff Chevrolet and we were greeted by Stephanie who instantly lifted our spirits with a genuine smile and willingness to help us. After a quick test drive we knew this was the truck we wanted. We were greeted by sales manager Carlos during the financial process to correct some prices discrepancies on upgrades already included into the truck. Without even fighting back, they agreed to the price change we were looking for. We also had a car to trade in and were offered the same amount at each dealership but they gave us $1,500 to meet us in the middle for what we were hoping to make off the car. We had miscommunication with one of the upgrades and without a fight Carlos had our back and was willing to make us completely satisfied with our experience. With all of that said, we walked out of the dealership with a brand new Chevy Silverado with $5,000 worth of upgrades and our monthly payment was the same as the base model truck from the previous dealership who did not earn our business. Graff 100% earned our business and we hope you go there first for your next purchase. We cannot recommend Graff enough! Please trained your staff and management how to be nice instead of sending 1000 email to customer to visit dealership. And when customer ask to send price quote then ask your staff to send it so that custo instead of sending 1000 email to customer to visit dealership.
