Took my car on Monday to get fix and it took the whole week to get a loose cable fix. I called them to find out why it was taking so long and they informed me it was ready for pick up. If I don’t call them my car would still be at the shop. Horrible service!! More

My recent experiences with Graff Chevrolet have left me disappointed and suspicious of their business practices. On two instances, I discovered sneaky charges added to my bill, exploiting customers who may disappointed and suspicious of their business practices. On two instances, I discovered sneaky charges added to my bill, exploiting customers who may not closely examine their invoices. During an April visit for an Infotainment system issue covered by my extended warranty, I was told by Rodney that my warranty didn’t pay all labor cost to which my provider denied and said they 100% covered all the bill and I just need to pay my deductible. When my warranty provider called them, they adjusted the bill. In May, for routine maintenance and a warranty-covered thermostat repair, I was told it would be $599+ after my warranty was exhausted, but I found discrepancies in the invoice as it’s not adding up. When I called Rodney to discuss, he interrupted me mid-conversation and put me on hold for five minutes and was told to return the next day for a refund of $118, which inconvenienced me. It was very interesting because there’s not even an explanation as to why I was charged more. It's clear to me now that there’s some bad practices going on here, banking on customers not scrutinizing their bills and slipping in extra charges under the radar. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unethical. Watch out your invoice everyone. More
