BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...DISHONEST! Terrible customer service and very dishonest! Where do I begin...they tried to hide a scratch and pretended to not know about it when we found it, then they promised to fix it if we bought the truck and then the next day said they couldn't as they were already losing money on the truck because it was listed so cheap at $27,900. We asked the next day if they would meet us in the middle with the scratch and split the cost to fix it and they said they would. We agreed on a price of $26,300 only to find out that same day the price of the truck was brought down to $24,400 online. When that was brought to their attention they claimed it was a "mistake" but they would honor the price for us. We went through the loan process and said we would be in the next day to pick it up as we live over an hour away. The salesman called an hour later to say they were selling the truck to someone else. Don't waste your time with them unless you want to be screwed over and lied to! More

took 80 yr old for a ride My 80 year old mother leased a car from the Durand dealership. Without a test drive. I'm sure one was offered but she trusted the salesman. She had driven a ion for twelve years, which she took to Durand Graff for servicing faithfully. We called to see if there was a way to work a trade for a car the size that she was accustom to driving. They told her she was out of luck... she bought so she was stuck with it. We offered to pay for any title and fees for the first transaction, so they wouldn't be out of pocket because of her. They won't return a call. Never go there again. I understand the red tape involved, but don't believe people buy all the time without a test drive. That is what the manager told me. And that they weren't there to judge who should buy what car. It didn't matter to them that she may endanger herself driving this vehicle. Wonderful car just not for her. More

AWFUL I took my vehicle in for a coolant leak - a common problem in the Sonic caused by a faulty water pump. The coolant reservoir has had to be refilled 3 I took my vehicle in for a coolant leak - a common problem in the Sonic caused by a faulty water pump. The coolant reservoir has had to be refilled 3 times in less than a year. The service manager told me this was NORMAL behavior. He also stated he would not look at the issue unless I paid an 80 dollar diagnostic fee. He also flat out told me the water pump issue wouldn't be covered by the Powertrain warranty. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. The service department here is garbage. I have never had a good service experience when dealing with this dealership. I will never buy from this dealership again, and I will have second thoughts about buying a Chevy in the future. This is unfortunate, because I enjoyed working with Jason here on the sales end of things. Oh well. More
