BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...DISHONEST! Terrible customer service and very dishonest! Where do I begin...they tried to hide a scratch and pretended to not know about it when we found it, the Terrible customer service and very dishonest! Where do I begin...they tried to hide a scratch and pretended to not know about it when we found it, then they promised to fix it if we bought the truck and then the next day said they couldn't as they were already losing money on the truck because it was listed so cheap at $27,900. We asked the next day if they would meet us in the middle with the scratch and split the cost to fix it and they said they would. We agreed on a price of $26,300 only to find out that same day the price of the truck was brought down to $24,400 online. When that was brought to their attention they claimed it was a "mistake" but they would honor the price for us. We went through the loan process and said we would be in the next day to pick it up as we live over an hour away. The salesman called an hour later to say they were selling the truck to someone else. Don't waste your time with them unless you want to be screwed over and lied to! More
