It was a cash purchase with no trade in so we shouldn’t have had to deal with financing paperwork at all - which I could understand if it took longer because of that, but it should have been a simple process. Because I still had a long drive ahead of me, this was very frustrating. Would recommend working with again, but would clarify all paperwork prior to coming to closing. More
