Pretty awful. First time using them for service for my Expedition. I brought it in because the transmission had an error while going 45 and shut down the truck. Called at 1500 and left a message. No response. Repeatedly called back and got the late staff at 5. He informed me that the technician and service representative had both went home for the day. That’s when I learned that my truck would be there overnight. Though he was defensive, telling me that it wasn’t personally his fault, he was helpful, telling me the diagnostic notes did not show any problems. I asked that a manager call me first thing in the morning. About 0900 the next day, I called the service manager (since he didn’t call) and left a message. No response. About 1330, I called the service manager again, no response. Finally, at 1400, the service rep calls me and explains that they couldn’t find anything wrong with it and it was ready. I brought up the fact that I was unaware the truck would be kept overnight and that was when I finally heard an apology. Note, it was never from the manager. They did knock the diagnostic charge off, but the lack of accountability and response was alarming. This is my first Ford. Not only will I not go back to this dealership, but I may not buy a Ford again. More
