Communication was terrible. I dropped car off at 8:30am and I had to call back 4 hours later with no update just to find out they were just getting started on my car. I waited a few more hours for someone to contact me but had to call back again. Susan laughed when I called for a third time asking if the car was ready, she said it had been ready. Also I signed something that apparently agreed to them performing any service up to $400 but I was not aware of that. I felt suckered into payment because they fixed something I wasn't aware would add to the total cost of the day because it was not clearly explained but apparently I agreed to it with my signature, said Susan. Overall it was a very frustrating transaction and I will likely not be back. Thanks for hearing me out though. More

I was told that I was getting a new door because of a recall. But it appears to be the same door. I need to bring my car back in because the part of the door that was recalled, is not fixed.
