I bought a used vehicle, I’ve had a HORRIBLE experience with AWFUL customer service. After test driving a few SUVs, I test drove the one I ended up buying. It was the only one running when they brought it with AWFUL customer service. After test driving a few SUVs, I test drove the one I ended up buying. Turns out EACH AND EVERY time you start the vehicle, an emergency braking warning light comes on & you have to PHYSICALLY go in & turn the front emergency brake system every time. So I take the vehicle in after making an APPOINTMENT for 7:30am, my vehicle wasn’t TOUCHED yesterday, the guy said maybe today. I have no loaner, no way to do anything, I bought a vehicle so I had one & I don’t. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever! More
