We recently purchased a used Tesla Model Y from Graff Ford of Chesterton. There were a few condition items on the vehicle that were not as clear in the original listing as we would have preferred, including some dents/scratches and a few listing details that needed clarification. However, once those concerns were brought up, the dealership worked with us to make the situation right. The manager agreed to have the dents repaired, scratches buffed, and the vehicle delivered to us, which gave us more confidence moving forward. The buying process had some moments where communication could have been better, especially after the paperwork was signed and while we were waiting for repair updates. That said, when we were able to speak directly with management, they were helpful and seemed committed to getting the work done correctly rather than rushing it out the door. I would recommend Graff Ford of Chesterton, but I would also encourage future buyers to inspect used vehicles carefully, ask specific questions, and make sure any promised repairs or delivery terms are put in writing. In our case, they were willing to work with us and stand behind what was agreed upon, and that mattered a lot. More

Already sent this info I brought my Explorer in for a recall and oil exchange and told 2 to 2 1/2 hours to complete. Fortunately, my husband came and picked me up because my vehicle was not ready until 2 recall and oil exchange and told 2 to 2 1/2 hours to complete. The technician who booked me in the night before should have told me it would be an all day fix instead of 2 to 2 1/2 hours. He did, however continue to update me on where they were with the update on the recall and the conversations with Ford. More
