After coming in and scheduling an oil change. Was told I was not scheduled by the person who scheduled it. Vehicle was left with dirt/grease on it from technician. The labor cost were excessive; especially the $186 for the diagnostic which I had already done with the same results and it literally took 10 minutes. The people I dealt with were great, and I’m sure the mechanic was too. I’m sure that the problem is just the owner taking too big a profit margin so they can make more money than they actually earn. This was a repair not a purchase.

I completely trust this service department, Fox being the person I know will tell me the truth and have my best interests in mind.
