My initial phone interaction was a bit back and forth with the automated system and line transfer problems. My attempt to schedule a recall service and a tire install seemed to be an inconvenience to the with the automated system and line transfer problems. My attempt to schedule a recall service and a tire install seemed to be an inconvenience to the gentleman I was speaking with. However, at the point of service y'all knocked it out of the park and redeemed yourselves with all staff being friendly, informative, and attentive. Another thing of note, there was some minor scuffing on my driver dash above the steering wheel, as if something rough like a dirty clipboard, shop rag, or glove, was placed there and then slid or was pulled off. Do mention to staff to be mindful of such things. Thursday cheers! More
