Tire rotation and alignment . They did not tighten my front tires enough. Tire almost fell off while driving. I had terrible shaking and grinding while driving. It was my first time there for service. Pulled up to the wrong bay (not marked). Went in and couldn’t find anyone. Then I saw three guys in an office socializing. He looked at me confused/angry like I was being a jerk for asking. Went back in and saw someone and he told me I parked in the out bay. When I moved the car to the in bay line two people after me were lined up before me. They said very busy day. But I had an appointment. Three hours for oil change and tire rotation.
