Well when u have bought a Lemon 2018 Chevy equinox and they don’t stand behind it they call the Ontario Police Department on u when they know they r in the wrong. I have had my car in here at least 6 times due to engine light always comes on and I lose horsepower. Spend 1,400 Nov 29,2021 did electrical wiring on it. Light has came back on 3 more times . Then just yesterday took it in and all they did was reset the code and sent me back I drove on 30 ALMOST died not more than 5 mins after they said it was okay and SAFE TO DRIVE. I went back in and said u put your family in that if it’s so safe to drive. They said I was causing a scene there was no one in there so how so. I was told if I ever return I will be arrested by their assistance manager. The service team worker had my keys so I couldn’t leave and I saw my keys in the table I grabbed them so I wouldn’t get arrested. I need a lawyer to sue them but have no $ any suggestions. I am already going after GM have a lawyer in Michigan. More
This dealership has been ripping people off for years. By far the most expensive service dept I have ever dealt with. The latest scam I ran into was they want to charge me $130 to replace a 1x8 in plastic st far the most expensive service dept I have ever dealt with. Should not have came off anyway. That piece has to take less than 5 mins to install. Please beware and if you have some time, take the trip south to Columbus for all your car shopping. Lack of communication internally. Was told I would have a loaner car while recalls were preformed. Show up, no loaner. Was asked if I asked for a loaner. This is the second time Graham Automall has inconvenienced me and it will be the last. Customer service is nonexistent... will never buy a vehicle from this location again. More

Never again We purchased $40,000 vehical, day 1 we should have known. The rear door had a dingy we asked that it be fixed. We got tired of paying $100 plus over and over finally made them put in a regular stem. We wrecked the vehicle, the vehicle detect system had worked till the accident. I have the vehicle back at service because while we had it here getting the body work and system fixed. They didn't fix all the damage missed the whole rear quarter panel and claimed the surround protection system was working. Surround system wasn't and after a week of having to wait for another appointment, Mike try's to tell the system isn't working because of the surround system? I said it's been working for months....months and hadn't stop till we were sideswiped in an accident. They argue over everything and fix nothing. Never again More
Absolutely Aweful I bought a Chevy Avalanche from this place 4 or 5 months ago for $9,000. in the short amount of time I have had it. I have had to change the Muffler, Alternator, U joints, I am currently getting a new transmission put in it. Also when I bought it I was promised a free oil change and they would not give it to me. Which to me is the LEAST they owe me. In saying that this is by far the worst place I have ever bought something from. They do not care about there customers and only care about the money. If I were any of you I would not go to this place to buy a used car. More
