We can't say enough about the great service we received when we had to visit Grahamauto Mall in Mansfield on May 22, 2013. The repairs that we were there for were supposed to take half a day or so so we were offered to be shuttled somewhere. Our driver, Brian, was very pleasant and promptly took us to our destination. His attitude was just great although we know he was working under a lot of stress and he was continually getting more calls than he could take. When he picked us up he didn't even have time to take a lunch break (we know this because we asked, not because he told us). His calls were backed up, but we were still picked up very soon after our call to him. He was very pleasant and personable....a real asset to the company. Josh Schuler was the Service Advisor who handled our service. He went our of his way to take care of us. Our car was finished sooner than he thought it would be. The employees that we dealt with were all just exceptional. More

I found my salesman courtous and easy to talk to. He asked what we were looking for in a new car and when we told him what we were not looking for he never brought that subject up again. No pressure, we found that refreshing since most salesmen insist on trying to sell you something you don't want. It took several days to find the car we wanted and he kept in touch to let us know he was still looking. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed to close a deal. All in all we felt he was working for us and looking out for our best interest. Being Seniors we have bought many cars over the years but we found Jim to be one of the best to work with. We will recommend him to our friends and to family..... More
