Extremely Negative Experience There were so many things wrong with our experience. The sales person was not knowledgeable and took a slick, insincere hard-sell approach as did each person who was obviously sent in to "close the deal". It was like a bad movie. Bottom line: We were looking for decent, honest sales professionals and this was not the place to find them. More

I test drove five cars over three different visits and on the last test drive Derek Knowles allowed me to test drive the car on my own for about 45 minutes, which was very important to me. I felt very comfortable with Derek Knowles the entire time. I never felt like he was trying to push anything on me. He was just trying to find the right car for me. I highly recommend Grainger Honda and I highly recommend that you specifically ask for Derek Knowles. I promise you won't be disappointed! More

Do not trust them Do not do business with this company. The owners are not trustworthy. I sold their parts department a wheel and accidentally sent them the wrong one. They got a hold of me and told me I made a mistake, so seeing that I had made a mistake I did some research on this company and saw that they seemed to be very trustworthy and honest. I decided that even though my policy is to never ship a second item out for fear of never getting the first item back, I decided to break my policy and TRUST Grainger Honda. I shipped the $200 item out to them and they received it immediately. Then they decided to never return my phone calls and keep my original $200 item that I accidentally sent them the first time! I even sent them a prepaid shipping label TWICE to send the item back to me but they wouldn't. I called over and over, asked to speak to the general manager, and found out I had been dealing with the owners ALL ALONG! So now I am out $200 because I trusted that the owners of this Honda dealership were honest people that did business the right way. Never again! More

I am very young (22) and most car dealerships won't take a young guy seriously when they say they want to buy a new car. I had some accessories added that took one week to get in, Robert then allowed me a loaner vehicle, and not a old vehicle, it was a 2013 accord. They had amazing service, and were really helpful to answer any questions of the product they sell. More

I bought a 2006 Chrysler Town and Country from this dealership. Robert Wannamaker was my salesman and he is outstanding. He is very professional and knows his job very well. He offered a car fax report without me even asking, then he worked with the bank to get us approved for the loan (my credit is not the greatest). He gave us a 60 day power train warranty on the van which is not common for used vehicles this age. After we purchased the van we took it on a trip, after about an hour of driving the ac stopped working but would start again if I let the van sit with the engine off a while. I called Robert and asked if they would fix it but had doubts since the ac is not part of the power train warranty. He said to bring it in and they would take a look. I dropped the van off and Robert gave me a loaner vehicle big enough for my whole family (wife and 3 kids). He didn't have to do this but did it because, as he put it "it's the right thing to do". Will Johnson is the service manager that had the van looked at. They found that someone wired the ac compressor up wrong and they replaced the wiring the way the factory intended. They kept the van for a few days to make sure the ac would continue working good. I picked the van up today and wasn't charged a single dime. Will explained everything and said to call if it messes up again but it is working fine. Both Robert and Will are very professional and went the extra mile to make me happy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle or have one repaired. Ask for Robert if you're buying and Will if you're having a repair done. More
