There were absolutely no bad surprises. Ronnie got me the truck I wanted and the entire process was fast and easy. After walking out of a competitor’s place because of a supposed “dealer value” add on package that only adds to that dealership’s bottom line, it was refreshing to visit a comfortable friendly dealership such as Grainger Nissan and get exactly what I expected without any hassles or games. More
