Unfortunately I have give one star but this dealership doesn’t even deserve that!! The manager Marcus will lie to you will looking you straight in the face! My daughter bought her first car on her own he doesn’t even deserve that!! The manager Marcus will lie to you will looking you straight in the face! My daughter bought her first car on her own here at the end of August 2023 she even purchased a warranty since it is a used car. So while I understand that parts go out in vehicles I don’t expect a $3000 repair of a catalytic converter in less than a month and a half! Of course they tell me that its a part that wears out like belts or tires and we don’t feel responsible to do anything. That being said I will make sure that my daughter and everyone we know does not purchase a vehicle here as they do not stand behind their vehicles. I will shout it out on every social media platform and every website!!! More
