DISHONESTY, xxxxxxxx, FRAUDS - I made the mistake of leasing a second vehicle from Granbury Nissan (shame on me). The first vehicle listing had features listed (like a sunroof) that were ultimately not leasing a second vehicle from Granbury Nissan (shame on me). The first vehicle listing had features listed (like a sunroof) that were ultimately not on the vehicle when it was delivered to me. I ended up living with it. The listing for the vehicle I just leased included the tow package. When the vehicle was delivered to me, I immediately checked for the tow package and it was not there. James Humphrey, the salesperson who delivered the vehicle, apologized and advised that the dealership would take care of having the tow package installed at my local Nissan dealership. He was to get back to me with details when he returned to the dealership. The vehicle was delivered on Monday 9/22. I exchanged text after text in which the solution was evaded by Humphrey – stating that he “had to check with the manager.” I sent an email to the manager. David Shehadah. NO RESPONSE. I made the same mistake twice – stay away from the dealership and don’t even make the mistake once. FRAUDS. More
I purchased a 2021 Ram 3500 from Granbury Nissan, and within days of taking it home the engine began overheating to around 240°F. I brought the truck back on October 10, 2025, and was told no issue coul within days of taking it home the engine began overheating to around 240°F. Just three days later, I returned again, and the same dealership diagnosed a failed EGR / cooling-system component and began repairs. This shows the defect was present from the start and misdiagnosed on the first visit. The situation caused me multiple long trips back and forth, wasted time, and frustration. I have filed formal complaints with the Texas Attorney General and Texas DMV to have this matter reviewed. Unfortunately, this is not my first issue with this dealership — when I originally purchased the vehicle, I also dealt with misleading statements from the salesman regarding vehicle condition and process transparency. Combined, these experiences have seriously damaged my trust in this dealership’s honesty and professionalism. While I appreciate that a loaner vehicle was eventually provided, I believe customers deserve better communication and accurate information from the start. I’ll update this review if Granbury Nissan and Nissan Corporate resolve this matter appropriately. More
Got a Truecar online price (price for car/taxes/fees for about 23k). Got contacted by someone representing themselves as Truecar via text and then clarified with them that they work at Granbury Nissan. Sche about 23k). I drove over an hour to the dealership, inspected the car, test drove, and proceeded to give them my out the door offer which was only about $600 less than the quoted online price. They came back with a price that was 26-27k (significantly higher). They proceeded to tell me there were all sorts of fees etc (One fee alone was around $2500, about 12% the price of the car or 16-17 times the "dealer fee" on Truecar). I reminded them the quote said with fees (even says dealer fees). It was obvious they would not even honor the online quoted price. Drove another hour home. The dealership will probably respond saying that there are cost and fees not included in the online quote and in the fine print (that's what they tried to tell me at the dealership) but I want to remind them that the quote says with "taxes and fees" and even says "dealer fees”. If they say that it is an online 3rd party quote or something I want to remind them that their person represented themself as being with Truecar. Complete waste of time and gas. I would not recommend wasting your time dealing with this dealership that baits you in with lower prices online and tries to jack the prices up once you are on site. More
