Dealer listed car on internet for one price and then marked it up $3980 during the negotiation. We walked away from the purchase, however, that was not the end. The sales director followed us out aggr marked it up $3980 during the negotiation. We walked away from the purchase, however, that was not the end. The sales director followed us out aggressively demanding that we tell him the reason we were leaving. We told him he could get the information from his salesman. We asked him to please leave us alone and he continued to chase us. He called my wife a “Karen” and began yelling at her. This dealership is absolutely awful and should not be allowed to be in business More

I would highly recommend Grandbury Nissan for anyone in the market for a new or used Nissan. I spotted a nice Black Nissan Rogue Sport for my daughter Robin on line. Salesperson John Carroll reached out the market for a new or used Nissan. I spotted a nice Black Nissan Rogue Sport for my daughter Robin on line. Salesperson John Carroll reached out to me and was very professional and courteous and persistent on getting my daughter the best deal. My daughter had previously had a bad and stressful experience in her car search. John Carroll provided quality assurance that he was working in her best interest. To top it off, the finance manager was awesome and did not apply any additional pressure on closing the sale. My daughter is extremely happy with her new car. Daughter is happy! Mama is happy!
