He took his time explaining all the features without pressuring us to buy right this minute, when my husband wanted to drive a Rav4 it was not a problem with Dan! He took us on several test drives, always showing us the features while he drove the first few miles till we became familiar with the features on the cars. Dan just reviewed everything with us as we drove and it wasn't just a selling pitch, he really wanted us to find the right car. We ended up getting the Corolla and we are so happy. We had been to other dealers and the salespeople just tried to pressure us into the cars they wanted to sell. Dan respected our time and made sure we became happy Toyota customers. Before we said yes, Dan introduced us to his sales manager, credit manager, service manager and a few other employees. All of them were very pleasant and happy to meet us.
