My 650i xDrive had two recent visits to the service department and I was very happy with the process and outcome of both trips. In the first one, I was experiencing a power issue with my transmission. Tom, the mechanic, took the time to hear about my concerns, asked the relevant questions, drove the car with me and put me in easy, knowing the problem would get fixed. And it was within a few short days - and at no cost to me as it was covered by the certified, pre-owned warranty. Also, just this week, I was yet again, extremely satisfied during what otherwise normally could/would be a very frustrating experience after hitting a nasty pot hole and one of my tires and wheels were badly damaged. I called BMW Roadside Assistance and had it towed to Grand Blanc and everything fixed/replaced at no cost to me (thanks to getting the wheel/rim warranty at the time of purchase)! They drove the car back down to me the next day and I'm happy as can be. I feel very lucky to be doing business with BMW Grand Blanc and could not recommend this dealership and its service team enough.
