The buying process was easy and I'm very happy about the service center. With GMC I'd make an appointment for an oil change and then they'd keep it for most of the day. Here is done while you wait. I did not personally take my truck in, my wife did. She expressed to me that staff was rude and didn't give her the time of day. The only reason we went to the dealership was because we had an oil chan She expressed to me that staff was rude and didn't give her the time of day. The only reason we went to the dealership was because we had an oil change coupon. Maybe that's why she was treated poorly(?) Regardless, don't appreciate the attitudes. More
