I was disappointed to find the fluid levels had not been topped off after having an oil change, especially after I was told I have a leak in my power steering. My paperwork showed the fluid levels had been topped off after having an oil change, especially after I was told I have a leak in my power steering. My paperwork showed the fluid levels had been topped off which it was found to be incorrect. Not only was the power steering reservoir extremely low but the cooling fluid was very low making me wonder if it was topped off the last time I had my oil changed. From now on I will be checking for myself rather than just taking your word for it. It appears the repair my car was in for was completed correctly. Of course, I have no way of knowing for sure. More
