Took a 21 Subaru Ascent in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a look-see at issues with STARLINK...Robert and Warren worked with me to discuss the STARLINK issues and provided a plan to try to reso rotation, and a look-see at issues with STARLINK...Robert and Warren worked with me to discuss the STARLINK issues and provided a plan to try to resolve the unique/unusual situation in a fair/equitable way - both economically and from a time perspective. I was impressed with their professionalism and how they approached the prospective resolution keeping my schedule as a primary concern of theirs...the work was done in a timely manner and the car was returned to me in excellent condition. I have used the GJ Subaru location multiple times even though it is not the dealership from which I purchased the vehicle...I am that impressed with the service received from this group of automotive professionals. I had an issue with my Subaru Forester which is 9 years old. They got me in on the day I called. Communication through texts was efficient.
