Excellent Service We were in Grand Jct to visit the city and took our Forester in for a passenger air bag repair on warranty recall. After dropping the car off at the service center at 8 AM, the courtesy shuttle driver (Sonny) took me back to our hotel . At 11 am , we received a text from the technician that the air bag was fixed and he also sent a text video of the inspection he did on the car to let us know we soon needed to replace the alternator belt and rear brakes pads. I was very impressed to see the video of the inspection, and appreciate knowing of the possible problems. Sonny picked us up at the hotel (along with all our luggage, and other stuff) to pick up the car. He is a very courteous and safe driver and answered all our questions about the city. Our Forester was driven right to us and had even been washed. We were extremely pleased with the service dept and all the personnel who work there. 5 stars isn't enough. Best dealership by far! After being told by many dealerships in Colorado Springs and not just Heuberger Subaru that they would not sell their USED Sub Best dealership by far! After being told by many dealerships in Colorado Springs and not just Heuberger Subaru that they would not sell their USED Subarus with 32k and above for under 30k. We knew we would not be getting a good deal or want to deal with them. I branched out and decide to look towards Grand Junction and was in complete shock, they were able to get us into a NEW 2017 Subaru WRX without blinking an eye. Megan Patterson was an absolute delight and went above and beyond for us. We do not live in GJ and thought it would be better to see what they could do for us before we drove there. We did almost everything online with Megan and when we were told they could get us into the car we wanted, it was a sealed deal! We drove down on a Saturday to pick up our beauty and sign all our documents. I've dealt with many dealerships (horrible people at that) and GJ Subaru is the best!! I have recommended anyone I know to look there first when they are car shopping. Seriously amazing people!! More
