This experience describes an online purchase of a used vehicle from Grand Junction Subaru. First off: the sales staff was friendly and helpful. Lyle was very nice to work with. However, we found the vehicle from Grand Junction Subaru. First off: the sales staff was friendly and helpful. Lyle was very nice to work with. However, we found the managers to be mostly unresponsive and downright elusive when communication and other issues came up. Our sales contract included a $695 “Perma Plate” installation. This coating to the exterior of the vehicle is predicated on the vehicle not only be washed but being detailed to apply the product correctly. When we received the vehicle (via truck transport) the vehicle had very obviously not been detailed and very clearly not even washed from when the previous owner traded the vehicle in. This would prevent the application of the $695 Perma Plate. We contacted our salesperson who was very nice and understood. He said that he passed the info onto management. Over the course of about a week we never heard back but we kept checking in. We tried calling the dealership multiple times, going thru the service department and 1 other sales person to try and reach someone in management to discuss the issue. To date we have not heard back from them to resolve items that were on the contract and paid for yet not received. I would caution anyone against purchasing a vehicle with this dealership unless you can walk in the front door and work face to face. More

I dropped by without an appointment to get an oil change. I found out I needed a 30,000 mile service. The tech went over all that entailed, gave me an estimate of the cost, an estimate of the time it would t I found out I needed a 30,000 mile service.
