The car had 32,000 miles on it, nail in the tire, worn tires, dents, scratches all over the body, and stains on the seats. It was hardly considered a 2014 year car. After I got it repo'd and had to drive it home to Pennsylvania---I decided, "I do not want this car." I stopped off in Grand Junction, Colorado. My boyfriend and I met the nicest, sincerely kindest, hard working, professional, friendly, attentive, and angel of a sales representative at the Grand Junction Subaru. Her name is FRANKIE. She is a special person, and she was definitely empathic to my recent dilemma. I felt like I could trust her, and she was not out to make a sale. She understood why I wanted to trade the car in for a new and another car. Long story short--I was able to trade my Forester in for a Impreza Sport. It is a great car. I really, really, really like it. I recommend Grand Junction Subaru. If you go there--please ask for Frankie. She will not steer you wrong. Not at all. Wonderful, caring & completely fair negotiation. We brought my mother to this dealership after carefully researching the new Subaru Crosstrek on Consumer Reports. After calling and talking to Frankie We brought my mother to this dealership after carefully researching the new Subaru Crosstrek on Consumer Reports. After calling and talking to Frankie Delahoz, we set an appointment to test drive a specific car. From the moment we met her, she was thorough, caring, and professional. My mother is eighty years of age and was completely comfortable with the whole experience. After the test drive, we based our offer on the Consumer Reports dealer invoice and included what we felt was a reasonable dealer profit. Frankie discussed briefly with the sales manager and we completed the transaction and the cash purchase within a short time. When the car was detailed and fueled, she then went thoroughly over the car operation with my mother (again) and all the controls with both the owners' manual and on the car. She never rushed and was genuinely caring and thoughtful. I would not hesitate to recommend her and this dealership to anyone that is interested in purchasing a vehicle. More
