Like most dealers, they have NO cars to sell, due to supply issues. If people cannot buy a new car, they need to keep their old car, and have it serviced. Quit wasting $$ on commercials for cars you d supply issues. If people cannot buy a new car, they need to keep their old car, and have it serviced. Quit wasting $$ on commercials for cars you do not have to sell. Move employees from Sales where they are not needed, to Service representatives, where they are. It's not rocket science. Just try to call and you will know they are just as bad as all the rest. They don't even answer the phone. More

The dealership held $1000 for 2 1/2 months to reserve an outback. We disagreed on my trade in's value. Suspecting dishonesty, I asked if the reserve money was, in fact, refundable. The car was delivered to the dealership 2 months later. The dealership held my reserve money, but did not contact me when the car arrived. Rather, they sold it out from under me to someone else and then, after 2 1/2 months, refunded my money. They made no effort to contact me. I WILL tell everyone I know about getting shafted by this dealership. And I will tell them that Subaru is not worth getting shafted by Subaru's dealers.  More
