One Great Experience at Subaru. When I went to Subaru I really wasn't expecting to drive off the lot that day with the exact car I had in mind. I was greeted immediately when I arrived and was asked what I was interested in and they got right to helping with my needs. Jimmy and Frankie did so much to help me get the car I wanted and they were so kind and I can't thank them both enough! They got me the approval I needed and got everything together for me and helped me every step of the way. The staff at Subaru is amazing. They are all willing to help anyone who comes on the lot and are genuinely happy to help, and more than happy to be there for the customer. A Day at the Subaru car lot:) I planned June 7, 2014 as the day my husband Robin and I would go car shopping. My original plan was to go to Subaru, Honda, and maybe to the Ford dea I planned June 7, 2014 as the day my husband Robin and I would go car shopping. My original plan was to go to Subaru, Honda, and maybe to the Ford dealership. Well we didn't get past the Subaru lot. We are a Subaru family, my son and my parents both have a Subaru and love them. My old car hasn't been too dependable and it was time to get me something that was. We had previously worked with a different salesman, and had planned to have him help us again, we were surprised to hear he was no longer there. When we first arrived we were glad that 8 salesman didn't knock us over to help us, we joked together that they were at least giving us time to look and maybe they were drawing numbers, ha ha. Lee Carlson was helping another couple and as he walked by us he was friendly and said he would help us in a minute, we assured him we were fine and just looking. It was really nice that we were able to look at many cars without being bothered, I found a couple that I really liked, and it was perfect timing when Lee Carlson came back to see if we needed any help, we wanted to know approximately what the monthly payment would be on different cars, and he helped us with that, and when I said I didn't want a big payment and told him what price range would work for me he was wonderful about finding us the car that would be perfect. We did drive a couple of cars, and Lee was very pleasant, we all visited like we had been friends forever. When we got back on the lot he left us alone to discuss what we wanted to do. He really answered all of our questions, and then it was up to me to decide what I wanted. When I was ready he answered more questions and then started doing the paperwork. I know Lee Carlson is new to selling cars but we were very impressed, he was pleasant and easy to work with, he was never pushy and that means everything to me. I am glad that Lee Carlson was our salesman. And by the way I really love my new Subaru. Thank-you Lee Carlson and Subaru! You will see us again! Judy L More
