The last new car we purchased was in 1989. Buying a new car is always a little intimidating, but buying our new Forester from Arb Chivers made the entire experience pleasurable! Then Arb helped us find the color and options that really mattered to us and got it here the next day. He walked us thru the entire car inside and out and made sure that we understood all the new technology and safety features that have certainly changed since the last time we bought a new car! I purchased my new Subaru about a month ago. The service I got from the staff at Rocky Mountain Subaru is the best I have ever received from a dealership. The sales person that helped us listened to what w I got from the staff at Rocky Mountain Subaru is the best I have ever received from a dealership. The sales person that helped us listened to what we wanted, was knowledgeable about what he was selling, but was not overly pushy ( which is a huge for me). The person who helped us with are financing was amazing, she really went to bat for us and made sure we got the best interest rate on our car loan that we could. I found the car I was looking for online at GJ Suburu. I called before hand to make sure the car was there before I drove the 100 miles to see it. I spoke with Frankie on the phone and also when I got there. She was very helpful and polite. We drove the car and although there were a few problems with the car, we bought it the same day. I had a problem with the car while driving it home from Grand Junction ( the check engine light came on and the car was running poorly ) I contacted Marinda Jameson on Monday morning and she was very helpful in getting the problem taken care of in Glenwood Springs. I am so far, very happy with Frankie and Marinda as they have been very helpful. More
