This was my second time buying a vehicle and I had a great experience with Jackie at Grand Prairie Ford! I have come across so many salesman/dealerships that are not trying to help you, but this was not great experience with Jackie at Grand Prairie Ford! I worked with Minnie in the process of purchasing a truck. That experience was great and she was very helpful. I was told that the dealership had done a 170 point inspection of the truck and was truck. That experience was great and she was very helpful. I was told that the dealership had done a 170 point inspection of the truck and was led to believe it was fueled and ready for road use. When I drove off, I realized that the remaining oil life was only 10-15%, the fuel tank was only 1/4 full and the DEF reserve was about 50%. I was under the impression that all of these items had been done - oil change, fuel fill and DEF fill. Since I live in the Austin area, and was visiting family in Ft. Worth, I did not take the time to return to the dealership to see if any of these could be done there. More
