Joe was nothing short of spectacular in every aspect. From the minute I meet him to the minute I signed on the dotted line, Joe maintained a near perfect professional attitude. He was extremely helpful and patient getting me into the car that I wanted. His knowledge in the field and his willingness to help the customer is somewhat of a lost art. Overall, I will be back and will send others their way because of Joe...plain and simple. More

Great Selection/Friendly Service I was unsure about the exact car I wanted but Tara took the time to get me a car I am really happy with for a great price. She also helped to get me a good price on my trade-in which is not always easy to get from a dealer. It was great working with her. She also handled an issue I had with the insurance company directly. Not sure how she did it, but it saved me a headache. Also, the dealership has a great selection of vehicles and even some cars that other dealers couldn't get at the time which ended up helping me out cause I liked one of the ones that were hard to come by. More

He allowed me to take a real test drive and didn't pressure me to make a decision before I left since I also explained that I was not in a rush. He knew his product and I could tell they didn't give me the new guy since I didn't have a appointment like I had also found at other dealers. I have a Suburu dealer closer to my home but if I decide this is the car for me I will go back to Grand Prix and give Paul my business. More

They exceeded my highest expectations and I was very, very pleased and satisfied with the service and assistance I received. Everyone was so helpful and patient - they listen to you and do their absolute best to get you what you need. They go through EVERYTHING with you and answer all your questions. Vinny Ortolani and Shawn Mayers gave me a really great deal and finance package - better than what I hoped for. My salesperson, Jeanne Zargardo was so helpful and knowledgeable. She was an an absolute pleasure to work with. The salesperson that worked with me during my previous purchase, Joe Delrossi, remembered me and gave me a very warm hello and asked about my Subaru. If you are looking for a great car, a great dealership, and a really positive experience, I highly recommend Grand Prix Subaru. I would not go anywhere else. More

The amount of time, patience and kindness shown to me by both Eric Baltazar and Shawn Mayers helped me make the wisest decisions I could make while wanting my father, not a car. There was absolutely no rush and no pressure and I was able to come to a confident decision in an atmosphere of understanding that I truly appreciate. I haven't owned my own car in over 2 decades and I now own a 2015 Impreza, with only 4400 miles on it. It rides beautifully and I know my dad would be pleased. Thanks, guys. Looking forward to saying hello when I come in for my first free oil change ;) More

I was totally satisfied with my experience at Grand Prix. Thanks to all who helped me in this process especially Joe Del Rossi. I love my new Forister, and the follow up from the dealership and Joe himself Is quite satisfying. They want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. More
A no non sence dealership Just a good buying experience. I had a deal with another dealership for a crosstrek go bad due to salesman and finance manager not being able to give Just a good buying experience. I had a deal with another dealership for a crosstrek go bad due to salesman and finance manager not being able to give me a straight answer and having price changes multiple times. So i found another crosstrek I was interested in at Grand Prix, I explained to dealer what happened and explained im not interested in game playing while purchasing a vehicle. Roy was great he gave me the price and he and Ted actually did better on the price for me then the listed price which is always a plus. They gave me a fair offer for my trade and sale was completed no games no hidden costs no problems and done very quickly. Finance manager was also very good even though I did not need his services he was very receptive and offered a great deal for a warranty and any additional help needed to complete the transaction. I would strongly recommend this dealership as everyone I came into contact with was very professional and trustworthy ( apparently getting more difficult to find). If you are looking to buy a Subaru these are the people to come see. P.S. this is my first Subaru but im betting it wont be my last. Thanks John More

I attribute his expertise and professionalism to the positive experience I had both trading in my previous vehicle, and buying a certified pre-owned Subaru Outback. I would highly recommend Grand Prix Subaru for anyone in the market, and with sales professionals like Joe Kinder, you know you are in good hands. Overall, the whole experience was better than my expectations. More

All in all I am completely satisfied with the service at Grand Prix. Mr.Roy Wander took care of me... from the momment I walked in and out, Roy was their through each assist. Any questions that I had was answered and broken down if I didn't understand something. I had two visits , first to walk in and understand the environment and observe the kind of people I would be dealing with which I can vouch is terrific and on point with what they do. I looked around and there was always someone helping a customer. Each department is constantly moving which shows their hardship in work ethics. I sat with Roy Wander day 1, and we spoke ... crunched numbers... showed me the car lot... and spoked some more enough for me to trust him with ordering my 2016 STI. In about one and a half month later I made my second visit... to pick up the vehicle. In between the time Roy has kept me posted via email on the order status of the car.. it was every week, a very prompt update was given. The day I picked it up, the financing went smooth sailing... everything was just as Roy said it would go. That same day, I met another great employee, Mr.Raymond Voesack, Business Manager. Ray was the man who dealt with the official numbers of my financing. Also, Ray broke down all of the maintenance and services that they offer for the car and it was impossible to say no to many of the packages and their perks. Ray,owner of a couple Subarus himself, is not the type of salesman to shove deals down your throat, he actually wants you to have your car last and can tell you all your needs and don't needs through his years of experience working and owning subarus. I'm telling you , these guys are comfortable to work with and they are more than understanding and will do what they do to help you reach your goals. They know their cars, they know their numbers, and they know how to listen to you. In the end, sales manager Mr. Ted Hanlon , threw in a few goodies in as a dealership thank you. So here I thank you guys , who helped me get behind the wheels of my joy , 2016 STI. Incredible car! Thank you . My holidays , my family , my Subie is perfect! More
