Jbate004, After reading your recent experience at our dealership I would like to apologize profusely for the frustration and displeasure we may have caused you when you purchased your Forester earlier this year. My dealership should have done a better job of keeping its promises on both delivering the all-weather mats and utilizing your correct mailing address for DMV materials. Upon receiving your review I immediately spoke with Rae and inquired what happened; consequently I have responded with an appropriate reprehend and other ramifications. We take the satisfaction of our customers extremely seriously and have a zero tolerance policy for anything less; it’s been a family policy since 1957.
